A positive path for spiritual living

Caregiver Workshop Nov 7 10:00 AM

There are so many of us these days caring for our spouses, parents, grandchildren; even in combination! Being a caregiver can be one of the most difficult times in our lives. Especially during the holiday season. For many caregivers the holiday season gives rise to extra stress, frustration and anger instead of peace and goodwill.
Elizabeth Rawson, M.A. has over 15 years experience providing support services to the unpaid family caregiver, including assessment, care planning and direct services for family caregivers and their loved ones. She is offering this workshop for caregivers to learn how to:
  • Experience less stress.
  • Minimize family conflict.
  • Find more down time for YOU!
  • Plan an affordable budget for your gifts.
Give yourself the gift of taking care of yourself while learning new skills for navigating the holidays and being aware, as the caregiver, it’s okay to claim time for your own well being.
Please RSVP by calling Elizabeth at 530 -277-1294.
Given on a love offering basis.
* This workshop is for YOU, the caregiver. Please ask a family member or friend to stay with your loved one/patient during this time.
